Founder / Chief executive officer
Mr. Munaver Ahmad Bin Nazir Ahmad
Graduated from USM with B.Pharm(Hons), and has been in the Community Pharmacy Practice for 25 years. He is currently the CEO/Advisor/Founder of Rhazes Telepharmacy project for Rhazes Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd, a new digital pharmacy technology service provider that helps its users to obtain accurately, reliable, and quality pharmaceutical healthcare information from certified consultants in the fields of pharmacy, and allied healthcare.
He is also the Coach and Developer/Owner for the Service-Based Clinical Community Pharmacy (SBCCP) Module. He is one of the Community Pharmacists involved in the recently revised Community Pharmacy PRP Logbook, May 2017, and is the speaker for the Training of Preceptors to the Principal and Master Preceptor in the Community Pharmacy sector (2017- 2018).
Currently, he is a Principal and Master Preceptor for the Provisionally Registered Pharmacist (PRPs) Liberalisation Programme, Ministry of Health, and has successfully trained a number of PRPs. He is the Senior Clinical Community Pharmacist for Salphy Pharmacy Sdn. Bhd, a Serviced Based Clinical Community Pharmacy (SBCCP) focusing on pharmaceutical care, medication safety, and patient safety.
Academically he collaborates with numerous University Pharmacy Faculties to generate valuable researches on the role of a Community Pharmacy in providing continuous care to the patients. He is also the Chief Technical Officer of Pharmagene Sdn Bhd, a pharmaceutical company focusing on quality and researched-based nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, and diagnostics.
He was also one of the pioneering Community Pharmacists to be involved in the CCM, MPC, CEDAR, SME Bank “Halal Pharmapreneur Accelerator Programme 2017”.
He is actively involved with many community outreach programs and public lectures in various higher institutions, and currently is the CEDAR (Centre of Development and Research), SME Bank Business Specialist, a member of the Taylor’s University School of Pharmacy Postgraduate Program Advisory Panel, member of the National Advisory Board for the Faculty of Pharmacy, Lincoln University College BPharm (Hons) Program, and was an external lecturer of Pharmacy Management of University Malaya.

Mr. Amir Shafiq B Abdullah Govindasamy,
is currently the Chief Technology and Co-founder of Rhazes Telepharmacy, a platform that combines technology and pharmacy that helps consumers to access accurate, reliable, and quality pharmaceutical healthcare information.
With 26 years of experience in the fields of Technology, he has assisted & consulted government agencies, large corporations, educational institutions, and industrial clients such as International Medical University, BURSA MALAYSIA, Perbadanan Nasional Berhad (PNS), KPMG, University Malaya (UM), University Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), University Islam Antarabangsa (UIA), University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), DBKL, Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), Bank Rakyat, Sunway University, UMW Toyota, Perodua, Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP), Cycle & Carriage, BERNAS, Northporth, Telekom Malaysia, Atomic Energy Licensing Board (AELB), Lembaga Air Perak (LAP), Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) and Amanah Raya Berhad (ARB).
Currently a serial entrepreneur and a startup all-rounder. He has successfully nurtured technology startups and currently grooming Rhazers Telepharmacy, Yobiyottadata, and BIT Agro to the next level in their digital technology journey.
An extraordinary professional speaker and effective Communication Strategist with diversified industrial knowledge, he spends a great deal of his time working and coaching startups and entrepreneurs, focus on creative concepts and best practices.
He is also currently active as co-founder of TempahDULU, YxXBigSeller, Venturz, FreshnFresh, and AgriBrain. His mantra is “Building a community and building a business go hand in hand”.
Chief operation officer
Noorasmah binti Mohamed Noordin,
is a Chartered Member of Logistics and Transport (CILT (Malaysia) with a Degree in Logistics (U.K.), Diploma in Business Study (UITM), and Diploma in Teaching (MOE).
She currently is the Chief Operations Officer (Business Development) for Rhazes Consultancy Sdn Bhd. As the COO, she builds strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, while overseeing the Administrative, Operative, and Digital Transformation functions of the company.
A dedicated, confident, and passionate all-rounder with strong leadership and managerial skills and a pleasant personality. Highly organized, efficient, personable, and able to commit to multitasking while delivering consistently high results professionally, in a challenging and pressurized work environment for the benefits and goals of the organization. Able to exhibit confidentiality, discretion, tact, diplomacy, and professionalism when dealing with authority. Well-versed in internal and external communications involving stakeholders, clients, and the public at large.
